Once we have ascertained your personal style, tastes & budget we will use a selection of shops where exceptional quality & superb value for money are the key ingredients. If you are not in the country we will prepare the property & oversee all installations. We will advise on colour schemes & design features for your living space & kitchen. If you are not in Spain you will receive weekly reports and digital photographs enabling you to see the transformation of your home and be an integral part of the interior styling process. Whether property is destined for the holiday rental market or you are simply looking to furnish your home, we can provide a comprehensive list of furnishings and household items such as kitchen equipment, linen, crockery and electrical equipment.

We assist you in the interior styling and furnishing of your home by providing you with a bespoke furnishing service including everything from sofas to soft furnishing and lighting to essential electrical items.

Whether you choose to keep some of your existing furniture or purchase all new items for your home, we can advise you on the practicalities and suitability of particular pieces. We ensure that the right floor covering is laid in the right environment and recommend certain items that are more in keeping with the traffic they will need to endure. We will also recommend lighting that is practical, stylish and appropriate for the intended design of your home.

We will suggest the most appropriate materials, textures, colours and design when the house is specifically for the rental market. No room is complete without some form of artwork or ornamental display. If you have particular items you wish to keep in the room, we will incorporate them into the new design.

By an agreed date, your property will be fully furnished and accessorised. Your only task is to unwind and enjoy your new home or relax in the knowledge that your holiday home has everything necessary for the discerning client.

We work closely with you to ensure that all agreed budgets are met. We offer a bespoke procurement & furnishing service, therefore we do not offer fixed price packages. Once we have ascertained your requirements we will be able to provide you with a quotation to suit your budget. We will liaise with suppliers and negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best prices for the required purchases.
