Bluedoorproperty offer an Independent Project Management service for clients who
have already instructed a building company or architect, but require an independent
company to act on their behalf to oversee all aspects of the construction or renovation
work. We will provide detailed progress reports for the client & photographic records
of the project.

Bluedoorproperty will hold funds ( if requested ) for the project on the client's behalf
ensuring that all invoices are paid on time, therefore keeping the project on programme.

Bluedoorproperty will agree budgets with the client & ensure exacting financial control
over all phases of the project, working closely with the building company / architect and
most importantly with the site foreman.

Fees :
Our fees will be on a commission basis ranging from 7.5% to 12% of the total project
cost depending on size & complexity.
